Successful implementation of ASUS branded notebook repair in Bautzen

ASUS won 1706 awards in 2005 from the world's most respected IT media organizations including the "National Award of Excellence" presented by the Ministry of Economics Affairs and Germany's Industrie Forum (iF) Gold Award for industrial design excellence.

ASUS has appointed LetMeRepair as their preferred repair partner for ASUS branded professional and consumer notebooks sold in Germany. The repair service covers Corporate Customers, End-Users, Dealers and Distributors alike. The set up of repair activities started in September with a successful project implementation in October 06.

LetMeRepair is a German based after sales Service Company with two factories in Germany and one factory in South Africa. The service portfolio includes the repair of products for the IT, CE and Multimedia Industry. LetMeRepair focuses’ on delivering best in class after sales service solutions to the Industry whilst achieving the highest possible user satisfaction.
