META NEW Media and LetMeRepair defined a mutual partnership agreement about the telephone support in various European languages for Lutec products.

Bautzen, 1st September 2006. META New Media, distributor of Bluetooth products under the brand name LUTEC and LetMeRepair, an after sales service company for IT and multi media products, have started a mutual cooperation to render technical hotline support for META New Media customers in Polish, Spanish, and German. From the beginning of September 2006, LetMeRepair is well prepared and trained to take calls and answer emails from various European countries in order to guarantee the top quality service to which META New Media customers are entitled to after having purchased such high-tech products.
